Everything Coelho writes is magnificent, and I will follow the link to read. This is interesting because I was just thinking yesterday how my mother would not allow my sis and me to have summer jobs in high school. Her comment was, "You'll be working all your lives and I want you to enjoy life now." No wonder where I got my work ethic that got me into so much trouble. Work could have been a safety net, of sorts, if I had enjoyed it, but.....well, you get the picture.

Hope you are well. :)

yep this is a really god thing to know about generaly.. :) It is employed by societies as well to make the people convinced that they cannot change their fate. ie the anks will always get illegitimate bonuses anyway, prices will rise anyway, depressions will occur anyway, etc etc
so yeh very useful :)
